Reigniting sales growth — how Protalus shifted its online platform and marketing collateral to increase traffic and boost revenue.

Project Overview

Protalus, a well-established insole manufacturer based in Tualatin, Oregon, needed a refreshed approach to increase online traffic to their e-comm site and boost revenue. I collaborated with Protalus’ team to produce motion graphics, marketing collateral, and website visuals to highlight the main benefits of their products and educate consumers.

Marketing Collateral

To support wholesale operation growth, I designed a cohesive set of marketing materials that clearly communicate the value of their performance insoles:

The educational poster highlights key muscle groups affected by foot alignment, using detailed callouts to make the science behind the product accessible and visually engaging.
The wholesale flyer presents Protalus’ main benefits, pricing information, and real customer testimonials to advance wholesale initiatives.
The table tent was displayed at Dick’s Sporting Goods checkout counters, targeting golfers with messaging about how Protalus insoles are designed specifically for active lifestyles.

Motion Graphics

I developed a dynamic set of motion graphics to showcase Protalus’ flagship insoles, visually demonstrating how they improve body alignment from the ground up.

Using Illustrator and After Effects, I produced a promotional video and a series of animated GIFs that highlight the product’s main benefits. Custom vector assets were animated to show how the insoles support proper alignment and enhance overall performance.

Website Graphics

To demonstrate the biomechanics behind Protalus insoles, I designed a web graphic illustrating their impact across each stage of the body’s movement. The design features a female runner in sequential poses set against an urban background, with semi-transparent transitional figures connecting each pose to convey fluidity and motion.

Callouts highlight the benefits of the insoles at critical points of impact, providing a clear breakdown of how they support and enhance your body’s natural mechanics.
